Terms and Conditions

• Only one account is allowed per company or organization. You can create unlimited sub-accounts to use yourself or employee usage.

   

• In the partnership program you will be paid up to 70% of ALL initial and recurring membership fees. In the per signup program you will be paid up to $50 on all signups by credit card and checks. On two tier (referral) program you will get 5% to 10% of all profit made of the webmasters that you have sent to the program using your two tier referral code. If you choose to use no console option on the linking codes than you will get $35 to $45 per signup or 60% on the revshare program. You will not get paid for the sale generated by consoles if you are not using 'no console' option.

   

• All visitors you send to us must referred from a web page. We do not allow email links (unless it's your opt-in subscription based mailing list that)/spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.

   

• Sextronix will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

   

• Sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent, and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, news group postings, spam e-mails, chatting.

   

• Payouts are done on a weekly schedule, in full, for the commission you earned. Your payout is sent to you within 15 days from the end of each pay period for the previous period's transactions.

• You will only be sent a payout if your account balance is at least $100.00 or the amount that you've choosed as minimum in your info. Payment will be carried over to the next pay period until your account has accrued at least $100.00 or your minimum. You can change minumum payment amount at your account settings.

   

• The Partnership program with default console option pays you 70% beofre processing fees (15%). Refunds and chargebacks will be deducted. You will be paid 70% for all membership sales, plus all recurring billing for the duration of each subscription. 15% processing fees on a 70% share means your final payout will be 59.5% gross. The partnership program percentage changes for different programs types; no console, no cross sell, etc… All ratios can be found in webmaster area.

   

• All surfers sent to our site(s) must be in a full size window with toolbars, location, scroll bars, etc. Must be a regular window unaltered.

   

• Webmasters shall not encourage customers to cancel their trial memberships before the rollover date. Webmasters found to be encouraging site visitors/customers to cancel their trial memberships before the rollover date, and/or providing site visitors with instructions on how to do so will have their accounts terminated, and all account earnings will be forfeited.

   

• Sextronix reserves the right to close any account that is suspected of fraudulent activity. Sextronix also reserves the right to withhold payment from any webmaster suspected of participating in fraudulent activity.

   

• If you'll make your own banner or write your promitional text, you must not promise anything that we do not offer at our sites.

   

• Affiliates whose account has been terminated by Sextronix must email us if they wish to rejoin our program. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of ALL moneys accumulated from the new account.

   

• We reserve the right to deny any prospective affiliate admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason.

   

• Spamming violates Sextronix rules and is strictly prohibited. If you get caught spamming you will be dropped from the program and you will not get paid.

   

• We will not sell/share your e-mail with 3rd party organizations. You will only receive our sales reports about your account and our weekly newsletter. You cay choose not to receive these as well.

   

• If an affiliate advises a surfer/client about un-selecting cross sells, affiliate should not do this and use the ‘no cross sell’ program instead. If a affiliate still advises a surfer/client about un-selecting cross sells, while using our normal programs to take advantage of the higher payout, we may be forced to switch affiliate to ‘no cross sell’ program and modify old commisions.

   

• Charge Backs and Refunds: In order to prevent fraud sales all Refunds and Chargebacks are removed from the webmaster's commisions. This rule is across all programs. PPS, Active Trials or Revshare. If your Charge Backs or Refunds are greater then your last payout, funds will be held back till your account stops getting refunds. Ex. Your last payout was $100 and then in this pay period your refunds were $125 Your payout will be held back a week to see if more refunds or chargebacks are put against your account. This is to prevent any fraud sales.

   

• You need to claim your extra commission for $75 PPS Bonus Friday till next Friday to our support. Otherwise your account will be credit with normal commissions. Unless otherwise stated, '1 x Cross Sell', 'No Cross Sell', Revenue Share' programs are excluded from $75 Bonus Fridays. In order to continue bonus day enjoyment for all affiliates we expect you to promote us all days of the week.
